ALL orders in the CONTINENTAL USA over $100.00 get FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.  All of our products are housed and shipped from our storefront in Lakeway,TX USA.

Shipping is simple — here's what you need to know:

Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped from our storefront in Lakeway,TX. Express orders placed before 12:00 p.m. ET (9:00 a.m. PT) will be shipped the same day. Express orders placed after 12:00 p.m. ET (9:00 a.m. PT) will ship the following business day.  Weekends and holidays are not business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. NO order cancellations or modifications are allowed after order has been placed.

You may select from Standard Shipping (5-8 business days), Priority Shipping (4-5 business days),  or Express Shipping (2-4 business days). Business days do not include weekends or holidays. 

Due to carrier operations, shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and VI may take longer (14-30 days).

Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. 

We use UPS and USPS for domestic orders. We use USPS for APO/FPO addresses. If an order is expedited, a physical address will be needed since UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited orders. Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.

Point of Origin does not offer International shipping. We will only ship to the Domestic U.S. If an order is placed with an address outside of the U.S., we will cancel the order. 

You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays. Point of Origin will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

SHIPPING METHODS

Standard Shipping (shipped via UPS or USPS)

Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped from our  storefront in Lakeway,TX. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to eight (8) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.  Standard shipping cost is $7.95 for all orders under $100. It is free for orders over $100.

Priority Shipping (shipped via UPS or USPS)

Orders with Priority Shipping are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained.  Orders shipped via priority delivery typically arrive in four (4) to five (5) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States.  All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.  Priority shipping cost is $12.95.

Express Shipping (shipped via UPS)

Orders with Express Shipping are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained.  Orders shipped via express delivery typically arrive in two (2) to four (4) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States.  Express shipping requires a physical address.  UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.  Express shipping cost is $22.95.

LOST PACKAGES

Point of Origin is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 If you need additional help with an order in regards to shipping, please email customer service at customerservice@shoppointoforigin.com. Please include your order number and "Shipping Question" in the subject. 

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.  Express Shipping - $22.95 return cost.  Priority Shipping - $12.95 return cost.  Standard Shipping - $7.95 return cost.  If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the reimbursement.
