Shipping Information



At Point of Origin, we make it our goal to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible! We process and ship Monday to Friday. All orders will ship within 1-2 business days (unless the item is a pre-order; pre-order items will have an expected ship date in the item description). Express orders placed after 1PM CST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Please note that we reserve the right to further verify any order's payment method, which may cause a delay in shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start working.

 

Once we've handed off your order to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for your package. If you have questions about the location of your package while in transit, please contact the carrier for information regarding your shipment. Furthermore, we are not responsible for packages that have been marked "delivered" by the carrier.

 

Please be sure you are shipping to a secure location.

 

In addition, we cannot guarantee delivery times. There may be delays due to weather, holidays, etc. Listed below are estimates only.

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We ship from our store location in Austin, TX.

  • FREE SHIPPING (on all orders over $50) - Your order should arrive within 3-8 business days. Insurance is not included.  
  • STANDARD SHIPPING ($5.00 flat rate) - Your order should arrive within 3-8 business days. Insurance is not included.  
  • USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING UPGRADE ($10.00) - Your order should arrive within 1-3 business days. Includes insurance through USPS for up to $100.
  • OVERSIZED ITEMS - please note orders containing oversized items wilI experience an additional shipping fee due to size and weight of the items. This will be displayed in item description and cart at checkout.

 

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any carrier delays, and therefore we cannot issue refunds for any upgraded shipping fee paid by the customer.

 

Customers are responsible for entering their correct shipping address. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to re-ship the order to you. If you've just placed an order and you realize you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at customerservice@shoppointoforigin.com and we can get that fixed for you, as long as we haven't shipped the order yet.

 

ORDER STATUS

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start working. Please allow 7 business days before inquiring about the status of your order.
